A library hub located at the old Ang Mo Kio Library that forms a union between nature, technology and human interaction for a new learning experience.
The concept is inspired by the movement of dragonfly wings. The genius lies behind its movement, thus the architecture captures its layered and repetitive motions through the tiered forms.
